New design strategy introduced behaviour study of old people and social inclusion which further continued with the concept of sustainability and context site analysis.

The approach to this design was done in a very sustainable manner, interesting seating arrangement were created for people to spend some quality time. Each and every floor has their own garden as gathering spaces which also helps in cooling down the temperature of the building.
